After going to see The Invention of Lying, I am going to treat myself to this wonderful vanilla bean pound cake found at Smitten Kitchen.  I've always been a dedicated fan to Sarah Lee's frozen pound cake, but now that I have vanilla beans stored away, I thought it was time to put them to use.
