pumpkin muffins
Very easy Trader Joe's Pumpkin Muffin Mix. The frosting is a very easy concoction of pumpkin butter, mascarpone cheese, and powdered sugar (add slowly). Use the entire container of mascarpone, add pumpkin butter and sugar until it reaches the consistency and flavor you want. Add cinnamon and/or powdered sugar to the top.

ReplyDeletehey hollin! what kind of pan did you use for these? the shape is really cool. also, what is your pumpkin butter and powdered sugar ration to the marscapone? i just homemade marscapone and can probably eyeball it but i thought i would ask how much you used first. love it!
