homemade tie

I made the husband a tie as one of his birthday gifts.  It is a little tricky but with this tutorial, and detailed instructions, it turned out not to be so bad.  Plus, if you want to add a little something special to the tie, use a contrasting fabric as the lining as opposed to plain white  muslin.  I used a light peach polka dot fabric as the lining, it turned out great!
