Portlandia hasn't shown *yet* is the food cart culture in Portland. Food carts EVERYWHERE! One of the best, and most addicting and healthy ones,
Whole Bowl.

the assembly (bottom to top): brown rice, black beans, tali sauce, salsa, sour cream, olives, avocado, cheddar, *cilantro*

- 1/4 C. Olive oil
- 1/4 C. Almonds (soaked)
- 2 Tbsp. Brewer's Yeast / Nutritional Yeast (if you can't find it, it's okay!)
- 1/4 C. Garbanzo Beans (properly sprouted and cooked)
- 1/4 C. Water
- 1/4 C. Lemon juice, fresh
- 1 clove of garlic (I would add 2+ cloves next time)
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- 1 tsp. Curry powder
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- BLEND ALL OF THESE TOGETHER
