So technically these little cakes are supposed to be baked in an egg mold, but, I don't have one and it's not like the egg shape makes the cake taste better. These "golden eggs" are superior to all treats, in my opinion. If I'm ever in a bad mood I make these and all troubles melt away. I suggest you make them for this weekend for Easter!
